PREPARACIÓN

Licuar el yogur con el banano y las peras o duraznos, sin el líquido, hasta formar una crema suave.

PREPARACIÓN

Pelar las peras y partirlas por la mitad y retirar las semillas.
Colocar las peras en un refractaria engrasada con mantequilla.
Partir el queso brie en trocitos.
Llenar las mitades de pera con el queso.
Asar en un horno precalentado a 250°C por 10 minutos o hasta que el queso se funda.
